Keto Avocado Toast is a rich and creamy Avocado spread onto a slice of Bread that is toasted in ghee for the perfect crisp and topped with Eggs that have firm whites and gooey yolks, garnished with Red Chilli Flakes for the ultimate kick. This Keto Avocado Toast is healthy, delicious and the easiest toast recipe there is.

What makes Keto Avocado Toast healthy?

Keto Avocado Toast makes an immensely nutritious breakfast. It has Avocado, that is keto-friendly as it contains only 2g of carbohydrates/cup. Keto friendly means also a high-fat food, made up of almost 77% fats that are mono saturated (Good for your Heart). Avocados also have 75% of Insoluble fiber that aid in speeding up the process of digestion. Packed with various B-Vitamins, Vitamin A, C, K, Potassium and many other micronutrients along with Phytonutrients like Carotenoids and Phytosterols, that have excellent anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties, this Keto Avocado is the ultimate superfood. Topped with Organic Eggs, that are rich in Choline (for DNA synthesis and Nerve health and maintenance) and Omega-3s, Keto Avocado and Egg Toast makes the most sustaining and nutritive meal.

Ingredients to make Keto Avocado Toast

2 slices of Bread

2 tbsp Ghee

1 Avocado

1 tsp Lemon juice

2 Garlic cloves, minced

Few Strands of Cilantro, finely chopped

Sea Salt, pinch

2 Organic Whole Eggs

Red Chilli Flakes (Optional- for garnishing)

How to make Keto Avocado Toast

Step 1 : In a saucepan, boil eggs for around 5 minutes for a firm white and a slightly gooey yolk.

Step 2 : To the two slices of bread, spread ghee on either side and toast it over a hot pan.

Step 3 : Slice the Avocados in half and remove the seed. Add fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped cilantro and a pinch of sea salt.

Step 4 : Mash and incorporate everything in the Avocados. You will end up with a creamy, delicious dip.

Step 5 : Spread the Keto Avocado Dip on top of the toasted bread and top them off with boiled and peeled Eggs that have been halved.

Step 6 : Garnish with seasonings of your choice. I’m using Red Chilli Flakes here.
