Layered in multitude of spices and olive oil with lemon squeezed on top, this healthy Keto Lemon Salmon recipe is undeniably flawless.

What makes Keto Lemon Salmon Recipe healthy?

It’s no secret that Salmon is loaded with healthy fats, proteins, many B vitamins and micronutrients like Selenium and Phosphorus. Salmon is incredibly high in DHA, an important ingredient involved in DNA synthesis, brain development and for Retinas. It is also an amazing source of Omega-3 Fatty acids that help to decrease inflammation. Rich in Vitamin B12, it aids in RBC production and regulates to keep the central nervous system healthy.

 

Ingredients to make Keto Lemon Salmon Recipe

2 Wild-caught Salmon Fillets ( 5-6 oz each)

2 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Black Pepper

1 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Oregano 

½ Lemon

2 tbsp Olive oil

2 tbsp Butter 

2 Garlic Cloves, sliced

Salt (to taste)

How to make Keto Lemon Salmon

Step 1 : Clean the Salmon and pat dry. Skin the fillets.

Step 2 : In a small bowl, take a tablespoon of olive oil and mix in all the spices.

Step 3 : Rub the spices to the Salmon on both sides and put it aside.

Step 4 : In a pan, drizzle a little Olive oil and let it smoke lightly. When it does, put the Salmon Fillets on the pan and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Step 5 : Now flip the Salmon and let it cook on the other side for another 5 minutes.

Step 6 : When the fillets are done, take them off the pan and melt some butter in the same pan, drop in the sliced garlic and squeeze some lemon into it. Let it cook for a while.

Step 7 : Generously drizzle the butter sauce on top of the salmon and devour!

How to store Keto Lemon Salmon

You can store cooked salmon for about 3-4 days but I believe eating it fresh is the healthiest and keeping no leftovers.
